Having been brought up in the countryside, Chris has always had a passion for country sports. Chris has been involved in the business from its launch whilst at The University of Nottingham in 2007. After 2 years working for J.O. Hambro, the fund management company in the West End of London, Chris and James sat down for their first day of work together on 1st September 2009 having decided to try and make their hobby a business. On this day GunsOnPegs had 6,442 Members!

Like his father, Chris has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, first shown when trying to sell mixed mud and sand in pots for £1 on the road outside their family home aged 7 to starting a business on his gap year before university.

Chris oversees the growth of GunsOnPegs as well as managing ITap Group’s other websites including the group’s fast-growing payments business, Eventemo, which offers a group payment platform to the travel sector.
